About me:
Agoyam was founded in 2012 in Paris with a focus on yoga. As it grew in Berlin, Agoyam incorporated massage into its practice. Agoyam has developed the art of helping others discover their inner gem for better physical and mental health through workshops and personalized guidance, while remaining attuned to “what is.”
Agoyam is also a space where various arts and therapies come together to help us live better together.
Agoyam is “yoya” and the beginning of my first name in slang. “Yam” is also the mantra of the heart; “Ago” means “continuously guided.”
My name is Marie-Hélène. I am trained as an actress, yoga teacher, and massage therapist. I am a creative, hyperactive person; my mission is to share my expertise so that life can be savored, no matter what it brings or what challenges arise. You will gain tools for personal growth. It is by loving ourselves that we can easily love others.

- Hatha Yoga classes: Wednesdays at 6:15 p.m. at Parc de la Source (price: €15) and Thursday evenings from 6:15 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at Espace Agoyam (price: €12)
- Chair Yoga classes: Saturdays from 8:00 AM to 9:00 AM at Espace Agoyam (price: €12)
- Yogadynamix classes: Saturdays at 9:15 AM at Espace Agoyam (price: €12)
- Wellness session: self-discovery using theater, yoga, and breathing techniques—seated, standing, or on a mat—with a theme of your choice for your association or company (€80 per hour)
- Massage: Swedish method - full body, 1 hour (€55 at Espace AGOYAM / €70 at home on Basse-Terre / €90 at home on Grande-Terre)
- “Living Better with Yourself and Others”: individual coaching session tailored to your needs, featuring customized breathing, listening, bodywork, and deprogramming techniques—duration 1.5 hours (price €70)
