The Trail of Little Malendure is a coastal hike connecting Anse Colas to Malendure Beach. This trail offers a journey through dry forest and rocky coastline, with stunning views of the Caribbean Sea and the Pigeon Islets.

The trail follows the coastline, alternating between sections through the woods and more open areas. Some parts require navigating over rocks and stones, with steep ascents and descents. The route is physically demanding, with significant elevation gain, making it a fairly challenging hike despite its short duration.

🌦️ Important
Always check the weather before setting out: in case of rain, the rocks can become very slippery and certain sections more challenging.

 

🚗 Good to know
Since this is a one-way route, we recommend arranging for a vehicle to be waiting for you at the end (either in Malendure or at Anse Colas) to make your return trip easier.
Parking is available at both ends (along the roadside on the Anse Colas side), but may be limited depending on traffic.

💡 BAM Tip
Start early in the morning to avoid the heat on the exposed sections, and take advantage of your arrival in Malendure for a well-deserved swim facing the Pigeon Islets.
